EPT Land Communities is an El Paso owned development company that specializes in new urbanism or smart code-oriented environments. They believe that residential subdivisions, mixed-use environments and commercial and retail products can be woven into their “Smart” developments. Barracuda has been the PR Agency of record on this project since 2011, when EPT Land Communities broke ground on Montecillo’s initial project, The Venue at Montecillo, a mixed-use smart community that features residential dwellings and retail outlets. Aside from motivating those who want to make a difference in this city, Montecillo is also attracting national businesses such as the Alamo Drafthouse to pave a new path in El Paso and Barracuda has been on hand to introduce national tenants to our local market.
